Under the PCAFC program:
- One shall be 18 years or above in age
- One must live full time with the Veterans
- Veteran shall have a disability of 70% or higher
- Veterans must have been discharged from the US military
- Veterans shall need at least 6 months of care.
- Veterans shall have been enrolled in VA healthcare.
Under the PGCSS program:
- Veteran shall need assistance with one or more activities
- Needs supervision or protection based on symptoms or residual or neurological care.
